Fulton welcomes its youngest residents. They are: Parker Clark, a boy born Aug. 8 to Lisa and Henry Clark III. Parker weighed 10 pounds and was 22.25 inches. Jade Taylor, a girl born Aug. 9 to Brittany Scerbo and John Taylor. Jade was 6 pounds, 8 ounces and 20.5 inches.

Fulton sailor completes basic training

Navy Airman Apprentice Katie L. O’Donnell, daughter of Sherry L. O’Donnell of Fulton and Brian J. Arroway of Liverpool, completed Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Deborah Germon, served in U.S. Navy

Deborah A. Germon, 62, of Mexico died Wednesday Feb. 19, 2014 in the Oswego Hospital after a long illness. Mrs. Germon was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Wallace and Helen Grant. She served in the United States Navy from 1980 until 1984. Mrs. Germon is predeceased by her brother, Eric Grant. She(…)
