by Nicole Reitz Robbin Griffin, a 21-year member of the Fulton Board of Education, said goodbye to her fellow colleagues during Tuesday’s meeting. Griffin’s three-year term ends June 30. Jane P. Mills, 78, of Phoenix, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012. She was a retired school bus driver. She is survived by two sons, Ken and Craig; four daughters, Nora, Sue, Debbie and Paula; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. There are no services.
Viola G. (Hubbard) Souva, a resident of Sunrise Nursing Home, Oswego, died May 6, 2012. Born in Champion, N.Y. June 9, 1927 to the late Clinton and Charlotte (Brotherton) Hubbard, she lived most of her life in Fulton. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Norman, who died in September of 2001.
