Michael E. Clark was a beloved coach in the Fulton Youth Basketball League. When he died suddenly and unexpectedly in December, boys in Fulton, other coaches and Clark’s family were devastated. Charles E. Harris, 88, of Seneca Hill, Oswego, died the morning of Friday Nov. 29 in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.
