Spaghetti Dinner Benefit for Dawn Stowell
Spaghetti & meatball dinner benefit for Dawn Stowell, who was diagnosed in May of 2012 with Cancer. The benefit will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at the Granby Community Center in Fulton from 11am to 4pm.
Benefit to include spaghetti with meatballs, salad with choice of dressing, Italian bread, and dessert. Live music by The Nite Life, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle.

Zumbathon & Bake Sale Fundraiser for Church Youth Group Trip

On Saturday, November 17th from 10am-12pm a Zumbathon will be held at Oswego Alliance Church’s Community Center at 370 Thompson Road. Registration will begin at 9:30am and the cost is $10 to participate in the Zumba dancing. 100% of the proceeds for this event will be going directly to the Oswego Alliance Youth who are raising money to travel to St. Louis, Missouri for LIFE in July 2013.
LIFE is a Christian youth conference put on once every three years by the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination nationwide. This conference brings in key youth speakers that focus on encouraging students to deepen their relationships with God, their church and each other.
In addition to the Zumba dancing, there will also be a bake sale, vendors and water being sold at the event. Please come join us for this exciting event and help support our teens in their goal!

Benefit scheduled for local family
A benefit for the Malambri family will be held from 2-6 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Polish Home, 153 W. First St. S., Fulton.
The event will feature a spaghetti dinner, raffles, 50/50 drawings, a bake sale and live entertainment.
Husband and father of three Trevor J. Malambri, 41, of Granby, passed away recently. He was a native of Oswego and lifetime resident of Granby.
Malambri was a United States veteran having served in the Navy from 1993-1995. He worked as a millwright with local #1163, Syracuse, since 1999.
A trustee at the First United Methodist Church, Fulton, he had been actively involved with the Boy Scouts Troop #722 and #715 for many years.
Come support a family in need following a tragic loss. All proceeds will be directed toward the Malambri Children’s Fund.

Tickets will be available at the door. Admission is $8.

Seventh Day Slumber – “Small Town America Tour”
National recording artists SEVENTH DAY SLUMBER will be coming to The Lakeview Manor, 723 West Broadway, Fulton NY on Sunday night October 28 at 6pm. Also playing will be The Beautiful Refrain and Blank Pages along with speaker Joseph Rojas. The event is sponsored by The Cabin 3 Youth group of Hannibal, in conjenction with Another Level Youth group from Fulton. Details can be found at www.cabin3ministries.org.

Dance Program to Benefit Oswego Players
Classical Dancer, Pianist to Present Benefit Program for Oswego Players
On Sunday, October 21st 2012, at 4PM, dancer Ligia Ravenna Pinheiro and pianist Juan F. La Manna will present a concert at the Frances Marion Brown Theatre, located in the Fort Ontario complex in Oswego. Proceeds from the performance will benefit the Oswego Players.
The performance will include dances from the Baroque, Romantic, Classical and Modern eras, performed to compositions by Handel, Schubert, Debussy, Faure, and Brahms.
