He was born in Syracuse and graduated from Marcellus High School in 1985. He was the general manager at Fred Raynor Ford in Fulton. He was an avid photographer and a writer. He enjoyed motorcycles, cars and mud bogging. He especially enjoyed going to the Syracuse Nationals every year.
He loved animals and rescued many; taking them to the vet, nursing them to health, and then finding them new homes.
He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Bob Raynor and Jim Walker, and by a grandmother, Edna Walker.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Fred and Penny Raynor; his mother, Nancy Swiech (Doug); his grandmother, Marie Raynor; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
There are no calling hours. Funeral services were private. A casual gathering to celebrate his life will be Sept. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St., Oswego.
