A 17-year-old Pennellville resident was recently arrested on warrants for second-degree burglary, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to Phoenix Police Chief Timothy Chura.
The incident occurred in April at a residence on Jefferson Street in the Village of Phoenix. Taylor W. Sitts is accused of using a ladder to climb into an unlocked window and stealing computer equipment and jewelry.
The stolen property was later recovered at a local pawn shop. The arrest was made by Phoenix Police Officer James Stockton.
