Fulton YMCASilver Splash is a class for the active older adult designed to enhance each individual’s quality of life and daily function.

Silver Splash utilizes the physical properties of water to enhance agility, range of motion, and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability is required.

The instructor, Cindy Gorea, who currently teaches a “Muscle Strength and Range of Motion Class,” will be offering her Silver Splash classes Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8 to 9 a.m., beginning Jan. 7 at the Fulton YMCA.

Class takes place in the YMCA’s heated indoor pool. Gorea will lead participants through cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements and jumping jacks.
