Unlawful surveillance charge levied against Fulton man

by Andrew Henderson

A Fulton resident has been arrested for crimes related to an unlawful surveillance complaint, according to Fulton police.

Anthony D. Terramiggi Sr., 32, of 410 Worth St., Fulton, was arrested last Wednesday.

In September, Fulton police were called to a report of a fight involving two males. During the investigation, it was learned that Terramiggi allegedly used his cellular phone to video record women exiting the shower at his home without their knowledge or consent, police said.

In an effort to allegedly destroy the evidence, Terramiggi reportedly chewed and swallowed the cellular phone media card, which belonged to the victim.

Related to the fight call, he allegedly punched a male several times and took a female’s cellular phone in order to prevent her from calling 911.

Terramiggi was charged with  three counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance, a Class E felony; tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor.

In a separate unrelated investigation, Terramiggi was charged with a count of petit larceny stemming from the alleged theft of $50 worth of firewood from Fastrac Food Store at 260 S. Second Street in Fulton.

Terramiggi was arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center in lieu of $1500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
