At the Section 3 Tournament Feb. 15, James Bailey, senior captain of the Fulton Red Raiders wrestling team at Bodley High School, was the recipient of the Central New York Wrestling Officials scholarship. Next year he plans to major in communications at St. John Fisher College in Rochester.
