Harold J. McCarthy, 77, of Fulton, died Tuesday July 22, 2014 peacefully at home with his wife at his side.
Mr. McCarthy was born in Fulton, the son of the late Ted and Marian (Reeves) McCarthy.
He was a retired mechanic from International Harvester and Oswego Wire.
Mr. McCarthy enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Valarie (Connelly) McCarthy; his children Allison Raum, Harold J. McCarthy Jr., Jonathan McCarthy all of Oswego; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Burial was held privately.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
Duane Dolbear, 71, of Fulton, passed away at his home on Monday, July 21.
He retired from Syroco in Baldwinsville after 19 years.
Duane was predeceased by his parents, Wallace and Ellen Scoville Dolbear.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Marge Dolbear of Fulton; three daughters, Shannon O’Keefe and Tonya Dolbear both of Fulton and Leona (Brandin) Dolbear of Mexico; eight grandchildren, Cheyanne, Julia, Abiu, Marco, Kaytlynn, Caleb, Noah and Tristin; four brothers, Michael, Nelson, Roy (Addie) and James (Mickie) Dolbear and many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours or services. Foster Funeral Home in Fulton has care of arrangements.
Anne N. Pisa, 84, of Oswego died Monday July 21,2014 peacefully surrounded by her loving family at St. Luke Health Services.
Mrs. Pisa was born in Rochester, the daughter of the late Carl and Jane Cacciola.
She owned and operated M. Pisa Market, Rochester and she was a teacher’s assistant at Fitzhugh Park School and Trinity Catholic School, Oswego.
Mrs. Pisa was a communicant of St. Paul’s Church and, a member of St. Paul’s Altar Rosary Society, and St. Paul’s Choir.
Mrs. Pisa is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Alphonse M. Pisa of Oswego; and she was the loving mother of Linda Kieper of Oswego, Patricia (Mark) Potter of Oswego, Michael (Peggy) Pisa of Oswego; also survived by her siblings Marie Graef, Grace Leonardo, Francis Cacciola, and Jane Cavalier; and her loving grandchildren Alan Potter, Michelle (Jeremy) Smith, Steven Kieper, Anthony Pisa, Mary Pisa; and three great grandchildren Jacob, Ruby and Charlotte.
Funeral services will be Friday July 25 at 11:30 a,m. in St. Paul’s Church. Burial will be Friday in All Saints Mausoleum.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego
Theodore “Ted” Kimball, 73, of Fulton, passed away at the V.A. Medical Center in Syracuse on Sunday, July 20.
Ted served in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1965.
Surviving are his sister, Nora (Robert) Cook of Fulton; a brother, Hosie Kimball of Fulton; nieces and nephews, Barbara Fahsel, Joann Merritt, Lawrence, Timothy and Ronald Boardway; several grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
Calling hours are from noon until 2 p.m. on Friday, July 25 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton with services immediately following.
Burial will be at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, East Broadway in Fulton with full military honors.
Robert M. “Bobby” Sawyer, 52, passed away Saturday, July 19 at Oswego Hospital.
He was born in Oswego, the son of Beverly Guernsey and the late Harold L. Sawyer. He was a life resident of Volney.
Bobby was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. He attended BOCES School for Exceptional Children and graduated in 1982. He then worked at Oswego Industries for about 23 years.
The past few years, Bobby had been a resident of Rowlee Group Home in Fulton, where he enjoyed life to the fullest with all of his friends and wonderful caretakers.
Bobby is survived by his mother; a brother, Brian Sawyer and sister-in-law Ann (Grela) Sawyer; his two beloved nieces, Cali and Paige Sawyer; his favorite cousins, Beverly and Walter Roach and Barbara and Don Myers.
Calling hours were Tuesday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Funeral services and burial will be private.

Rachel Rebecca (Robinson) Trepasso, 95, of Sparks, NV died Thursday, July 17, 2014.
She was born in Anderson, Indiana to the late Chester and Mabel (Gault) Robinson. Mrs. Trepasso was a former resident of Oswego, NY before moving to Nevada 13 years ago to be close to her family.
Milton “Pudge” Hartle, 77, of Oswego, formerly of Fulton, passed away suddenly Monday, July 14 at Oswego Hospital.
He worked as a self-employed contractor for many years and served in the U.S. Navy from 1955-1957 and was on the Navy boxing team.
Pudge enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his children, Steven (Tiffany) Hartle, Donald (Sharon Miller) Hartle, Patricia (Stan) Johnson, Shelly Hewitt, April Hartle; siblings, Francis “Butch” Hall, Clinton Hall, Calvin Hall, Marlene Snow and Donald Lanning; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

William “Bill” Bardin, 79, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday July 15 with family by his side.
Bill retired from Lagoes Machine Shop in Oswego where he was a machinist for close to 30 years.
