The Oswego County Salvation Army will be kicking off its Red Kettle fundraising campaign Friday, Nov. 15. The bells will be ringing Monday through Saturday until Dec. 24. Aldona Dudak Fanciulli, 71, of Fulton, passed away Wednesday Oct. 23 at University Hospital. She was born in Binghamton, a daughter to the late Aldona and Peter Dudak.
