David LaClair Sr., 78, of Fulton, died April 18.
There will be a Celebration of Life held from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 5th at Morning Star Care Center, Oswego (please enter from the Sunrise Drive entrance.)
The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
Ralph J. Plata, 89, of Fulton, died Friday June 27 at Michaud Residential Health Services, Fulton.
Mr. Plata was born in Oswego, NY to the late Joseph and Mary (Kruppa) Plata.
He retired from Sealright Co., Fulton after several years working as a machine operator.
He was a past communicant of Holy Family Church, Fulton. Mr. Plata was a past member of the Fulton Polish Home.
He was pre-deceased by his wife Charlotte Plata in 2009.
Mr. Plata is survived by his children, Thomas Plata of NC, Tamara (Tony) Santiago of CA; brother, Frank Plata of Oswego, and sister Azelyn Alfiere of Syracuse; NY and two grandchildren, Nicole Plata and Christian Plata, both of WI; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held noon Thursday July 3 at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., with the Rev. Robert Stephenson officiating.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
Calling hours will be conducted 11 am. to noon Thursday July 3 at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc. 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

The Fulton City School District saw only 65 percent of its Class of 2013 graduate last year, according to data from the state Education Department.
