Two girls were born to parents in Fulton Aug. 6. They are: Jean Chappell, whose parents are Cindy Crump and James Chappell. Jean weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches long. Payton Jean Lindsley’s mother is Crystal Lindsley. Payton weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
