Teacher taped to wall after students raise heart money

Minetto Elementary School (in the Oswego school district) conducted a “Jump Rope for Heart” fundraiser with students skipping rope for 40 minutes during their physical education class. This year, more than $2,200 was raised. As a result, students were able to duct tape teacher Don Fronk to the cafeteria wall.
