The Experimental Aircraft Association chapter 486 and the local Civil Air Patrol squadron at Oswego County Airport are having a fly-in pancake breakfast July 13 at the EAA hanger, just north of the airport main entrance on Route 176 in Fulton. 

Enjoy pancakes, sausage, eggs, home fries, homemade doughnuts, coffee, juice, milk.  All you can eat serving from 7:30 a.m. until noon.

Free real airplane rides for kids through the EAA young eagle program, weather permitting, and based on pilot availability.

The Oswego County Health Department will hold a rabies clinic for cats, dogs, and pet ferrets from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, at the Oswego County Highway Garage, 24 Dill Pickle Alley, Parish.


The annual Oswego Town Ice Cream Social, sponsored by the Oswego Town Historical Society, will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9 at the Oswego Town Park next to the Town Hall, 2320 County Route 7 (Johnson Road).

The public is cordially invited. Bring a lawn chair to sit and enjoy the entertainment.


All Saints Episcopal Church will have a garage and estate sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 12.

The church is at the corner of Academy and South First streets in Fulton.

The sale is part of an estate consisting of furniture, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, some new items still in boxes, crafts, yarn, sewing items, blankets, quilts, clothes and much, much more.


There will be a benefit for the Dylan Blair family from 5 to 7:30 p.m. July 10 at the Hannibal American Legion.

There will be a spaghetti dinner served along with other events. Admision is by donation. Proceeds will go to Blair’s family to help pay for funeral expenses.

Blair, 18, died in a car crash June 17.
