Abner Bradley, 51, of East Seventh Street, Oswego, charged with grand larceny third degree, welfare fraud third degree and two counts of offering a false instrument for filing, all felonies.
He was charged after an investigation by the Oswego County Department of Social Services where he was allegedly found to have received services in the form of food stamps and medical assistance due to not disclosing information that would have made him ineligible. Bradley was arraigned in Parish town court by Justice Carl Dayger and released on his own recognizance.
Brian C. Pettit, 26, of Lot 10 Road, Central Square, Brandon Blake, 22, of Albright Road, New Haven, and Ryan M. Cleveland, 24, of Paradise Road, Central Square, were charged with burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor, stemming from the theft of scrap metal and farm equipment from a New Haven property.
All three men were arraigned in Scriba town court before Justice Kenneth Adkins and released on their own recognizance. They will be back in New Haven court June 19.
