The Phoenix Community Band, under the direction of Dave Frateschi, will present its annual Spring Concert at 7 p.m.  June 2 in the John C. Birdlebough High School auditorium in Phoenix.

Now in its 11th year of providing free concerts to CNY audiences, the band continues to attract new members and maintain high musical standards.

Anyone who has followed the band knows the Phoenix Community Band does not repeat much music year to year, and this concert will be all new pieces for the band including everything from movie themes to classic band compositions to circus marches.

As usual, admission is free, though donations are always welcome.
