The Oswego Opera Theater has announced its fourth annual Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, June 21 at Battle Island State Park just north of Fulton.
Oswego Opera’s annual golf tournament supports the opera’s productions, such as the recently seen Rigoletto – The Oswego Story,” and appearances by Craig Schulman.
The format will be Captain and Crew, with teams of four players each. Registration is scheduled at 7:30 a.m. and the shotgun start begins at 8 a.m.
Numerous prizes will be awarded, including longest and straightest drives, closest to the pin for men and women and hole-in-one prizes available at all par-three holes.
Team prizes and several door prizes will also be awarded.
Entry fees are $75 per player ($300 per team), and include 18 holes of golf, use of carts, snack “at the turn,” skill games, and a buffet dinner.
In addition, teams will be able to purchase skins, and packets of “mulligans & strings” on the day of the tournament.
Entrants may include individuals, pairs, couples or teams of four (men and/or women). Couples and all women teams are encouraged to participate.
