Poetry Corner, by Jim Farfaglia

Weather-wise, by Jim Farfaglia

Winter snows keep storming in.

Road conditions are slipping us up.

Schools cancel and crawl back into bed.

People’s smiles have been buried deep…

All the while, at my feeder,

a cardinal flies in and out,

perches and feasts;

the snow that falls on him,

his coat of joy.
