The greater Fulton community is invited to participate in Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 1 at Fulton’s downtown gazebo.
The service is sponsored by three congregations: Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, State Street United Methodist Church and First United Church of Fulton. The service will include communion.
Everyone is invited to bring a food offering for the Salvation Army Food Pantry.
Communion will be served.
Coffee, cookies and cold drinks will be shared following the service. It is recommended that participants bring a lawn chair.
In case of inclement weather, the service will take place at First United Church of Fulton, 33 S. Third St.
Each congregation directly engaged in presenting this worship service is amember of The Greater Fulton Area Council of Christian Churches.
The Council of Churches hosts a number of shared events each year, including the 27th annual Fulton Crop Walk scheduled for Oct. 6.
