Women business owners need to be at the top of the game to succeed and for their businesses to thrive, according to the Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training.
Julie Fischer, certified holistic health and transformational coach, will discuss how stress can take a serious toll on a woman’s body and throw her hormones out of balance, affecting her health and mood, at the next WNET monthly breakfast meeting, 8 a.m. Sept. 5 at the State University College at Oswego Phoenix Center in the Oswego County Industrial Park, off state Route 481.
During this seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to take a quiz to determine if they have hormone imbalance, learn what the implications of some of the most common imbalances are, discuss steps to determine the cause of the imbalance, and discover some simple steps to help regulate hormones.
Fischer also practices and teaches Reiki. She recently left a career in the nuclear power industry.
Through networking, presentations and information sharing, WNET provides professional development and personal growth for women business owners.
The seminar includes a light breakfast. Pre-registration is required and may be made by calling Operation Oswego County weekdays at 343-1545 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
