Dominica “Mayme” Musumeci: Retired from Birdseye, Fulton

Dominica “Mayme” Musumeci, 88, of Fulton died peacefully Aug. 7 at her home.

She was born in Oswego to the late Anthony and Gussie (Amedio) Talamo.  Mrs. Musumeci has been a resident of Fulton for more than 60 years.

She retired from Birdseye, Fulton, and she was a past communicant of Holy Family St. Michael’s Parish and Holy Family St. Michael’s Golden Agers.

Mrs. Musumeci was predeceased by her husband Joseph F. Musumeci, in 2002.

She is survived by her son James (Ester) Musumeci of Fulton, seven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Aug. 12 at  Sugar Funeral Home, Fulton, with thw Rev. Stephen Wirkes officiating.  Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
