Some of the homes at Gilbert’s Grove Apartments, formerly Pathfinder Courts, in Fulton date to 1967.
Those are the townhouse apartments. The senior citizen apartments date to 1973.
“Both buildings are showing their age — wear and tear,” said Bruce Levine, president of 3d Development Group, based in the Buffalo area. “They are both in need of modernization.”
Levine is working with Fulton Housing Authority, which oversees the 110-unit affordable housing complex off Emery Street, on a plan to rehabilitate the apartments.
