‘Thank a farmer’ theme for field days

The Hannibal Fire Company field days will be Aug. 15 through 17 on Rochester Street in the village. Concessions open at 6 p.m. Aug. 15, with a parade at 7 p.m. The theme is “Thank a Farmer.”

The 1950s and 1960s band Ruby Shooz will perform from 9 to 11:30 p.m. after the parade.

Concessions again open at 6 p.m. Aug. 16, and the modern rock band Under the Gun will perform from 7 to 11 p.m.

Children’s rides will be available from 1 to 5 p.m. Aug. 17.

Chicken barbecue will be served beginning at 2 p.m.

Country artist James Wesley will perform at 7 and 10 p.m. Aug. 17.
