He was born in Oswego and lived most of his life in Fulton. He was a smart tenth grade student at Oswego High School. He had many friends in many places, not only in Central New York but also in Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia and Arizona.
He was willing to try anything and he loved to draw. He would often sketch dragons mixed with dinosaurs, animals and robots. He was also a Lego-maniac; he loved to tell jokes and was often known to be very outspoken.
He was predeceased by his great-grandfathers, Walter Snow Sr. and Richard Carl Felt.
He is survived by his mother, Tracy (Pete Felt) Palmer of Oswego; father, Elvis D. Hart of Fulton; sisters, Julia Palmer of Oswego, Brittney Felt of Arizona, and Brianna, Torie and Jasmine Hart, all of Fulton; brothers, Pete Felt, Jr. of Arizona, and Cameron, Cody and Elvis Hart Jr., all of Fulton; grandparents, Craig and Jo-Ann Wright of Fulton and Robert and Jane Hart; grandfather, Alfred Charles Palmer of Syracuse; grandmother, Barbara Bowyer of Massachusetts; great-grandmothers, Rosemary Snow and Rinda Argetsinger, both of Fulton; great-grandfather, Richard Wright of Sterling; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and his dog, “Scout.”
Calling hours and services were held Monday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.
