Patrick M. Smith, 52, of Fulton, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at University Hospital in Syracuse.

He is survived by two brothers, Ted Jardin of Florida and Ron Smith of California; a sister, Missy Goodsell of Mexico; three sons, Michael Smith of Fulton, and Austin and Alex Smith both of Georgia; and an aunt, Sandra DeMott of Fulton.

There are no calling hours or funeral services. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
