Sharon A. Foster Pryor, 64, formerly of Oswego, died Tuesday, Nov. 13 at Crouse Hospital following a sudden illness.
A native of Fulton, she had lived in Oswego many years before moving to North Syracuse. She was a retired licensed practical nurse having worked for St. Luke Residential Health Services and Sunrise Nursing Home, formerly Harr Wood Nursing in Oswego, Dr. Shafiq Hazboun and Dr. Michael Bowser’s medical practices and Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton. She enjoyed crocheting afghans and mittens.
She was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Ruth Foster.
Surviving are her sons, Harold “Hal” (Kim Sotherden) Pryor of North Syracuse and Eric (DJ) Pryor of Baytown, Texas; brothers, Ronald (Cindy) Foster and Paul (Debbie) Foster, all of Fulton; sister, Carol Foster of Oswego; grandchildren, Jennifer and Stacey Sotherden, Kelsey and Vance Pryor; an aunt, Marion Taylor of Fulton; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours and services were held Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial was in Mt. Adnah Cemetery in Fulton.
