Born in New Haven, he was a life resident of the Palermo and New Haven areas. He retired from Armstrong World Industries in Fulton as a tow motor operator.
He was predeceased by his wife, Arlene L. Pachoud, who died in 2006.
Surviving are six children, Donald Pachoud Jr. of Palermo, Jean Hable of Fernandina Beach, Fla., Barbara Waldron of Liverpool, Judy Dolbear of Palermo, Joy Klinger of Duncannon, Pa., and Diane Pachoud of Liverpool; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were private. There were no calling hours. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.
