The Fulton Police Department is still investigating a motorcycle crash that occurred Friday afternoon.
At about 3:10 p.m., Fulton police were called to the intersection of West Seventh Street South and West Broadway for a reported motorcycle car accident.
The operator of the 2005 Suzuki motorcycle was 22-year-old Christopher Castiglia.
The initial investigation indicated that Castiglia was travelling westbound on West Broadway when a passenger vehicle pulled out from West Seventh Street South in an attempt to travel east on West Broadway.
The motorcycle struck the driver’s side of the passenger vehicle.
Castiglia was taken by Mercy Flight to University Hospital with a leg fracture and possible internal injuries.
The driver of the passenger vehicle, identified as 22 year old Steven Vincent was not injured.
The investigation into the cause of the accident is still under investigation. No tickets have been issued at this time.
