Fulton baseball falls to Christian Brothers Academy

Christian Brothers Academy scored six runs against the Fulton baseball team during the second inning of the team’s game Monday afternoon.

CBA’s second inning offensive explosion essentially set the tone for its 19-8 win over Fulton.

Neither team was able to score until the second inning of play. CBA scored six runs to take a 6-0 lead. Fulton responded during the top of the third and fourth innings. The Raiders scored two runs to cut Christian Brothers Academy’s lead to 6-2.

During the bottom of the fourth inning, CBA added six more runs, which brought its lead to 10 at 12-2.

The Raiders scored two runs during the top of the fifth inning to cut Christian Brothers Academy’s lead to 12-4.
