The Fulton City Republican Committee recently endorsed Fulton City Court Judge Spencer Ludington for Surrogate Court judge, Congresswoman Ann Buerkle for the newly formed 24th District, and Wendy Long for United States Senate.
The endorsement for Ludington was unanimous, according to committee Chairman Jim Myers said.
“Judge Ludington has our full support for Surrogate Court Judge,” said Myers. “He is known for his fair decisions while on the bench and has the experience needed to preform the duties as Surrogate Court Judge. We are proud to endorse Judge Ludington.”
The committee’s endorsement vote for Buerkle was also unanimous.
“We were very pleased to have Congresswoman Buerkle attend our meeting and present her views on the economy and how she will continue fighting for the values we as Republicans hold dear,” said Myers. “The vote was unanimous. The committee will work hard to support Congresswoman Buerkle’s campaign.”
Last month, the committee unanimously endorsed Long for the U.S. Senate.
