Five vendors have submitted proposals in an effort to secure a contract for data imaging for the Oswego County Clerk’s office.
During Wednesday’s meeting of the legislature’s Community and Consumer Affairs Committee, County Administrator Phil Church said that the bids were received Friday and that it had been the most number of proposals ever received in the history of the contract.
He said the next step will be to have a panel of five review the proposals once the names of the vendors have been redacted. He added that the vendors will each receive a confirmation letter that their proposals have been received.
Legislator Jake Mulcahey asked if the proposals would be available for the next committee meeting.
“It’s possible,” Church responded, adding that the review panel make take some time.
