Phoenix resident accused of exposing himself to minors

by Andrew Henderson

A 61-year-old resident of Phoenix was arrested last week after he reportedly exposed himself to two small children, members of the Fulton Police Department said.

At about 10:52 a.m. March 22, Fulton officers responded to the K-Mart store, located at 41 Riverglen Plaza, to investigate the report of an elderly male who exposed his genitals to two small children.

The responding officers, acting on information from store employees, located the suspect at the Dollar Tree store next to K-Mart.  The suspect, identified as Dean M. Suboski, reportedly admitted to investigating officers that he had exposed his genitals to the two small children.

During the investigation, officers learned that Suboski lifted up his shorts while in the men’s department, exposing his genitals to a five-year-old male and three-year-old female while their mother had her back turned.

The mother was not aware of the incident until after the suspect left the store and her children told her what happened.
