March is music in our schools month! Unfortunately, GRB’s jazz band and chorus concerts have already passed. If you’re still looking to catch a concert though, band and orchestra are still to come. The bands will play tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. and orchestra plays next Thursday at 7:30 p.m. as well.

Tonight is the tech department’s Technology and Engineering Fair. It begins at 6 p.m. and will be held in the auditorium and tech classrooms. Information on classes and student projects will be displayed. Refreshments will be available too! Come check out what goes on in the technology world of GRB.

Still looking to order a yearbook? The Fultonian is still available. Make sure to see Mr. Senecal in room 102 before June to get this discounted rate. After that, the price will rise.

At the beginning of this school year, spring break was set at its usual time. However, due to changes in testing schedules, the dates have changed to April 2-6. These changes have been posted for quite some time, so this is just a friendly reminder for those families that like to take vacations at this time!

Seniors are reminded to continually check the guidance office for scholarship applications. Every little bit of money can help with college!

Last week, course catalogs were distributed to grades 9 to 11. Parents and students are encouraged to discuss class options for the coming school year before meeting with counselors in early April to make schedules.

The boys’ lacrosse team will kick off their season this evening, with a scrimmage against Auburn. The girls’ team follows suit, playing tomorrow against MPH. Both scrimmages begin at 5 p.m. on the turf. The softball team’s first scrimmage is next Monday in Marcellus. Good luck to our spring sports teams!
