by Andrew Henderson

The Oswego County Drug Task Force — with the assistance of the New York State Police, Fulton Police Department, Oswego Police Department and the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department — executed a search warrant last week at 3882 Co. Rte. 6 in the Town of New Haven.

The search warrant was for the home of Brian J. Lamond and Stephanie A. Holt-Ostrander for a reported methamphetamine lab.

The search resulted in the recovery of several items of evidence that are related to the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Lamond and Ostrander were both charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class D felony. They were both arraigned in Fulton City Court by acting Oswego County Court Judge Spencer J. Ludington and were remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility until their next court appearance in the Town of New Haven Court March 16.
